Building Overview

The proposed building is four stories tall and 93,539 square feet. The building will include up to three levels of subterranean parking to support its employees and visitors. Proposed vehicle access allows for an entrance only at Holliston Ave. and exit only at Green St. The building's loading and vehicular garage ramp is located within the building footprint to keep any traffic off the road and maintained within the site.

Sustainability

The project is being designed to a minimum LEED Silver standard and will include water conservation and carbon reduction measures throughout design, construction, and operation. Other sustainable measures include:

• Architectural design elements such as vertical panels, shading shelves, and opaque glass panels to reduce heat gain within the building
• Native and drought tolerant plants
• Low VOC emitting materials
• Optimized energy performance
• Minimize environmental impact of construction and building operation through a building Life Cycle Assessment [LCA]
• Waste diversion methods during construction
