With over 20 years in both public and private sectors, Alex has experience in contract administration, construction, program management, planning and economic development of public and private sector projects. Alex has managed a variety of professional/construction contracts at Los Angeles Unified School District (LAUSD), Los Angeles Community College District (LACCD), and Long Beach Unified School District (LBUSD), where he assisted in making it easier for the districts and professional services/contractors to bid on upcoming contracts. Alex holds a Master in Business Administration MBA from the University of Phoenix, a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from California State University Long Beach, and a Certificate in Government Contract Management from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).
