Eugene is a Senior Project Manager for Facilities Planning, Design & Construction with more than 15 years of project management experience. As a Senior Project Manager, Eugene oversees and manages all projects associated with BBE (Biology & Biological Engineering) and PMA (Physics, Mathematics & Astronomy) as his assigned Academic Divisions. Eugene's leadership and commitment to fostering a positive team environment are key strengths ensuring satisfaction for his clients. Eugene holds an excellent track record of running projects while maintaining strong relationships with his project team resulting in both a prosperous and dynamic project experience with his clients. Eugene is overseeing the Ginsburg Center for Quantum Precision Measurement (GCQPM) building project. Prior to Caltech, Eugene was a Construction Manager with McDonald's being part of the largest remodel program in the company's history completing over 150 projects out of 650 locations in the SoCal region.
