Frank J. Perri
Frank Perri brings more than 40 years-worth of experience in the field of Construction Management to Caltech. He has completed projects for Mercedes-Benz of North America, the Los Angeles Police Department, Claremont McKenna College and the California Institute of Technology.
Frank first joined Caltech in January of 1995, as a Senior Construction Manager and Inspector working on projects such as the Broad Center for Biological Sciences, Avery House Residence Hall, the Cahill Center for Astronomy and Astrophysics and the historical rehabilitation of both Dabney Hall and the South Undergraduate Houses.
He was offered and accepted a position as Director of Construction at Claremont McKenna College. During his eight-year tenure at CMC, he helped lead the teams that designed and built the Kravis Center, Biszantz Family Tennis Center, Roberts Pavilion, the renovations of the Marion Miner Cook Athenaeum and the Mid-Quad Residence Halls, and the Sixth Street Landscape Improvements. He was also involved with the CMC Master Plan and various other infrastructure and sitework projects.
In December of 2021 Frank rejoined Caltech as a Senior Project Manager for the Resnick Sustainability Center.
